I’m sorry to tell you but these MAGA Questions aren’t fabricated. You can’t make this shit up but yes, these people really ARE this stupid. They genuinely believe:

Donald Trump cares about them Billionaires care about them The Affordable Care Act and “Obamacare” are two different things The Earth is Flat Microchips are hidden in vaccines Schools are changing kids’ genders Haitians are eating cats and dogs Tariffs are good for the economy Gravity isn’t real Windmills cause cancer 5G Waves turn people Gay Hollywood turns People into Pedophiles Pedophile Pizza Aliens Some mix of the above falsehoods

This is the consequence of decades of spoiled brat privilege, mixed with a lack of education and a materialistic culture. This is Trump’s America.

Who are the Bots?

Most of them seem to be from trolls: people who want to inflict emotional harm on others. Stupidity is not the problem here. Some must be sincere. This is more a case of ignorance than stupidity. But then, ignorance so extreme makes you wonder. I suspect that basic human emotional vulnerabilities and defenses are at work. Unconscious feelings don't give or know a shit about rational analysis or theories of governance.

Global Warning

While the upheavals in the USA dominate the media, please do not forget that the extreme right has been making rapid progress in many other countries all over the globe. When I consider that here in the US, liberals are relying on the corrupt spineless Democratic Party to save them from fascism, I fear that this civilization is doomed.

I am not MAGA; in fact, I believe the Republicans are considerably worse than the Democrats. But the lesser evil is still evil!
