Depression is not unknown to my family; my dear Nani has battled severe depression for the past three years. During this period, she was deeply miserable, leaving us feeling helpless and broken.

Nani's Strength and Resilience

Despite the darkness, Nani remains the beacon of strength and resilience in our family. She is the reason my family thrives emotionally, intellectually, and physically. Well-versed and highly educated, Nani dedicated her life to teaching and nurturing her daughters to become independent and self-sufficient individuals.

During the darkest moments, it seemed that the reason for our happiness, Nani, had lost her heart, her ability to smile. The image of her in a photograph, not even a smile, but a tearful moment, stands as a testament to the depth of the struggle within us all.

However, this year, a change started to unfold. Nani's smile has begun to return, marking a significant step towards healing.
