I am part of a sculpture manufacturing company that specializes in creating custom statues for our clients. The entire process—from initial client communication to the feedback upon receiving the sculpture—is deeply personal and rewarding. Conversely, the feelings of astonishment or confusion can indicate an emotional response, which in my view, signifies the creation of good art.

One can explore their innermost thoughts and emotions through various art forms. For instance, many artists have used art to cope with traumatic events and share their stories. Let me share a personal account of a dream that I once had, which highlights the therapeutic power of art:

One night, I had a vivid dream which I will now recount:

I remember waking up to the sound of someone blowing on a piece of paper, causing it to flutter to the floor. This action stirred up intense emotions within me. Pivoting to another setting, I found myself in a room with a wheelchair. The person in the wheelchair had an empty expression, reflecting profound pain. As I moved through a giant room with beds, I encountered individuals lying on their beds, displaying signs of distress. I felt compelled to take a step back, and the chaotic environment slowly became clearer.

In yet another setting, I witnessed a man drawing, and the drawing itself felt overwhelmingly beautiful—a depiction of a young woman with a flowing dress and extended arms. As I watched him draw the sky and the stars, I pondered the implications of his work. Returning to the main room, I found myself back in a space filled with beds, and I watched as some individuals were given medications or taken away. At another time, I was again in the presence of this man, witnessing his artistic process and the complex emotions it evoked.
