It’s interesting… but I would say like the other answerer that the amount of details all kind of blend together because the line weights are identical. It makes it difficult to look at and not as aesthetically pleasing. For example, if the outline was slightly thicker…

It seems like standard lineart to me. I'm guessing it's a digital piece. Interesting details. I like how the human and snake halves merge together. Good proportions.

The difference in techniques are clashing. You have the loose finger painted flowers and the tight carefully drawn face. It is not terrible but it could be better. You are gripping that pencil with a grip of death then you get so happy and fingers dancing with the rest of the painting. Try to do a whole painting loose like that.

Try holding a brush or pencil far away from the bristles, nib, or graphite. Hold it loose; it weighs nothing. Draw with the whole arm. Turn on some music. Don't be so careful; it's only paper. Just have fun, and if the picture doesn't come out the way you want, maybe the next one will. Enjoy the process and keep practicing!
