At 82, I exercise in the gym daily for about an hour and walk briskly about 3 km three times a week. My objectives are to manage my weight, stay strong and fit enough to avoid falls, and live on my own without assistance. And I enjoy it—it makes me feel good and look good. I admit that vanity is part of my motivation!

Moreover, regular exercise helps us get good sleep, which helps in reducing stress. In this way, we can remove stress from our life and improve our overall well-being.
